Architrave Design Build is an integrated residential design & construction service established in the mid-Vancouver Island region in 1993.

Both principals graduated with bachelor of architecture degrees from the University of British Columbia. Vincent Iameo holds a B. A. from Simon Fraser University and diploma of engineering technology from BCIT. Margot Kemble holds a bachelor of fine arts degree from the University of Victoria.

The partnership embraces a very warm, humane design philosophy while keeping vigilant control of budget requirements. Client confidentiality is a priority.

The general process of ARCHITRAVE's services commence with client consultations leading to an on-site assessment followed by comprehensive sketch plans that, with client approval, evolve into preparation of contract documents, permit application, site visits, management of construction and a final warranty period.

During the twelve years the partners have been in operation they have developed a loyal network of tradesmen and craftsmen who can be relied upon to deliver, promptly the requirements of their specifications.

Many large, luxurious homes and very modest, inexpensive homes, additions, modular, and renovations comprise ARCHITRAVE's portfolio.

World travelers both, the partners have a broad appreciation for the requirements of their clientele. Operating from their office, attached to their residence, equipped with the latest design and management technology, they are seldom far from their work.

The partnership operates under a Builder License number 21129. Project Management services based on document CCA#5 Canadian Construction Association and is registered with the Home Protection office of B.C. A Ten Year Home warranty is provided through St. Paul Guarantee.
