The Lighthouse
The challenge was on to build a home with a very small footprint whilst capturing the distant ocean views.
The design immediately took shape as a three Storey structure, fitting nicely into the maximum height requirements, and less than 500 square feet per floor.
Features include bamboo flooring throughout, in floor heating, wood burning Camino on 2nd floor and 3 balconies on the third floor.
The exterior stucco, and the many curved features and soft edges, make this home easy and delightful to take in.

The first floor, is kitchen, dining and living area.
The second floor, is for sleeping, leisure and bathing.
The third floor is the lookout, an open studio space.
