Our process begins with a personal meeting, followed by a visit to the site. The property plan, budget and timelines are discussed along with initial design ideas. A contract proposal outlining services and scope of work is then prepared. Upon approval, our projects advance through the following three phases:

Design Phase

This phase is both a creative process and an evaluation of design ideas. Integrating client requirements into preliminary drawings, a concept emerges and evolves into a final design.

Technical Phase

Construction documents are prepared and used for the building permit application and tendering process. This includes detailed assembly drawings, finish specifications, and a materials quantity survey.

Construction Phase

The final phase includes timeline planning, building permits, project tendering, and construction.
